3278012 - Candidate is still inactive even after the start date is passed and MPH has been submitted - Onboarding

When you submit Manage Pending Hire for the candidate, after start date, the candidate is still inactive

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The username for the impacted candidate seems to have been updated in the MPH step and is currently conflicting with the internal username of another user.

This results in the conversion job failure to convert this user on the start date

This is a known defect, and a defect is in place for this. The issue will be permanently fixed in future release.

As a workaround script can be raised to fix this issue. Please raise a ticket to support
