3278078 - SAP Analysis for Office not installing correctly for most of the users

Symptom

When launching Analysis for Office for Excel the error “System.IO.FileNotFoundException: The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)” is shown.
The entries of the Launcher_Trace file looks like this:
