Symptom

As per the 2H 2022 Release (OBX-21580), when does the template "(ONB) Form I-9 Section 1 Missing SSN Template" get triggered. 

Environment

Resolution

  • The Email template "(ONB) Form I-9 Section 1 Missing SSN Template" is mainly introduced to ensure that SSN is available for E-Verify. 
  • This Email template will only be triggered if E-Verify is enabled in the instance.
  • The Email is triggered after the completion of I9 Section 2 if SSN is not maintained in i9 Section 1 and i9 Section 2.
  • Additional to this email being triggered, Correct i9 task is triggered (after completion of i9 Section 2) asking the candidate to fill SSN details.
