3278264 - Unable to load server configuration SAP UI Landscape file on Sharepoint ONLINE

The following errors might appear when storing SAP UI Landscape file in ONLINE (cloud) Sharepoint: 

• After setting a configuration file on server using a file on a Sharepoint / Group site the following error is received:
  "The following server configuration file may be incorrect or unavailable https://path_to_server_file." Server response is not in XML format.
• The server configuration file loads correctly if put in a local folder on user local machine. 
• The following pop-up appear when initializing SAP GUI for Windows:

• SAP cache file traces can show failed HTTP requests with 401 status (unauthorized):

SAP::FrontEnd::FileCache::CFileCache::Download_Inet_URL_By_WinInet: Opening and sending HTTP request with URL 'https://<hostname>.sharepoint.com/sites/Shared Documents/SAPUILandscape.xml'. 

SAP::FrontEnd::FileCache::CFileCache::Download_Inet_URL_By_WinInet: HTTP request failed with status 401. On HTTP error we cannot download the file.
