3278305 - Issue when trying to download 'Signing certificate' from SAC while setting up a live data connectivity to SAP HANA Cloud

Symptom

When establishing Live Data Connection to HANA Cloud, it is not possible to download the Signing Certificate when the Authentication method has been chosen as "SAML Single Sign-On"
