3278432 - "Add to Quote" button visible when configuration is incomplete

"Add to quote" button displayed in configurator of products even when configuration is incomplete.

This is the standard functionality of CPQ.

If product is using "Pricebook lookup" as pricing type, and user is not allowed to add incomplete products to quote, "Add to Quote" button will be invisible.
If product is using "Custom pricing" as pricing type, button will be visible, but user will not be able to add products to quote. And error message "Incomplete configurations can not be added to the quote/cart. Please complete the configuration. " will be displayed if users click in "Add to Quote".

User can set "Allow adding incomplete items" to on in user type section of Setup and user will be able to add incomplete products to the quote.
