3278573 - QE51N detail screen is too wide with empty space

Symptom

In QE51N, there is a lot of empty space in characteristic detail screen between screen area 'Specs: Fixed insp.scope' and other fields for example 'Inspected' etc.
This happens when using Belize Theme or Fiori App "Record Inspection Results (Hierarchical Worklist)".
