1. You have done the following prerequisite activities before running the App:

• Maintained the connection between G/L accounts and bank accounts.
• Defined Company data for Foreign Trade Regulation (Configuration Activity 102564).
• Maintained the Additional Parameter in Company Code (Configuration Activity 102739).
• Document posted with SCB (state central bank) indicator and supplying country. Both information are mandatory, otherwise the line item is not considered in Z4 report.
• Payment processed.

1. Enter App "Run Foreign Trade Regulation Reports Z4".
2. Enter 'Company Code' and 'Fiscal Year'.
3. Execute.
4. List contains no data.

Missing or invalid customizing.

You have to set at least the following information or activate the following flags under 'Message Control' in the App:

1. Reporting Year
2. Reporting Period
3. Output reports (otherwise nothing is selected)
4. Select Z4

The following default indicators cannot be initial:

1. Do not report st.cent.bank ind. (by default it is ZZZ)
2. Include state central bank ind. (by default it is ZZZ)
3. Payment posting key. (by default it is ZZ)
4. Clearing Document Type  (by default it is ZZ)

These fields should always contain either the default ZZ or ZZZ (depending the field) or a valid SCB indicator/posting key/document type information. Due to technical reasons it is required to have at least the default values maintained, otherwise the report will select wrong data or interpret the postings incorrectly. This results no data or wrong data.
