Symptom

When the user tries to access the SAP Collaboration Window, the app is crashing.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign 2211 and higher.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Download the SAP Collaboration Window.
  2. Try to logon in the Collaboration Window.
  3. Program crashed.

Cause

A possible cause for this scenario is that the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 is not installed in the user's computer.

Resolution

Install the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0.
