3279056 - Latest Homepage Quick Actions customized labels are reverted back to default labels after b2211 release

After b2211 release, found quick actions tiles like "My Profile" , "My Learning", "Learning Administration" the customized labels are reverted back to default labels.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. login to a b2211 version instance

2. in the latest homepage, quick actions section tiles like "My Profile" , "My Learning", "Learning Administration" the customized labels are reverted back to default language labels.

For example, below language keys related customized labels may be affected:

"UXRHP_SVC_QUICK_ACTIONS_MY_PROFILE",

"UXRHP_SVC_QUICK_ACTIONS_LEARNING_HOME",

"UXRHP_SVC_QUICK_ACTIONS_LEARNING_ADMINISTRATION"

This is a known issue after b2211 release.

In b2211, engineering team did some framework structure enhance, which might cause this fall back issue (some data might not get synced to the new framework).  

This issue is planned to be fixed in b2305 release.

Workaround:

If you have any existing customized labels and met similar issue, we will suggest you downloading the customized labels from Manage Language, and re-upload it and the issue should be addressed.
