3279228 - Behaviour of withdrawn candidates in Interview Scheduling

Candidates who are invited to an interview (status: "Not-Booked") but instead withdraw their application are not being removed from Interview Scheduling and are still receiving emails.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Recruiting>Job Requisitions
2. Click on Job Req
3. Click on candidate application
4. Place candidate in interview status
5. Go to Interview Scheduling and send an invite to candidate for interview slot
6. Candidate withdraws their application
7. Candidate is still in Interview Scheduling and still receiving notifications to book their interview even though they have withdrawn their application

This is a system limitation and there is currently an enhancement request already open to change the behaviour so that when a candidate withdraws their application it will auto cancel the interview too.
