3279311 - All DIA Work Processes are occupied updating table HTTP_CORS_LOG

Symptom

The table HTTP_CORS_LOG is being updated by all DIA (dialog) Work Processes, causing a performance problem. This issue can be observed in transaction SM66. Additionally, transaction ST22 may generate TIME_OUT dumps in ABAP Program CL_CORS_DB_ACCESS.
