3279384 - CMS does not start on ASE database

Symptom

  • Error seen when trying to login to BILP or Central Management Console (CMC)
    Could not reach CMS ‘hostname:6400’. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)
  • In the CMS logs, the below error (or similar) may be seen:
    Error: while creating primary key. Ensure data is consistent Cannot alter table 'CMS_LOCKS7', because this table does not exist in database 'master'.
