Symptom

When using Frontend Services function modules GUI_UPLOAD/GUI_DOWNLOAD to upload/download a file it fails with the error Virus scan profile /SCET/GUI_UPLOAD or /SCET/GUI_DOWNLOAD is not active, error "Message No. VSCAN033".
