3279450 - Table reports to be generated in XLS/XSLX format

1. Trying to generate Table reports in XLS or XSLX format.

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
  
  • Analytics & Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
    
    • Table Reporting

1. Login to instance
2. Navigate to Report Center
3. Select any Ad Hoc report and Run it.
4. Export the Ad Hoc report's output:
   • Run Online and Export or 
     
   • Run Offline, choose Excel and download from Scheduled Reports
5. The downloaded file is in '.xls' or '.xslx' format
   

Generated excel format of table report depends on the toggle configuration.

Please create a Case with Reporting and Analytics Support team requesting to enable the below configuration via service request.

1. Please turn off the AYT_ReportBuilder_MSOffice2010_1601578369 (If you had to generate in XLS Format)
   
   
2. Please turn on the AYT_ReportBuilder_MSOffice2010_1601578369 (If you had to generate in XLSX Format)
