Blank Rows are getting added in the exported default labels in Manage Language

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Manage Language> download the default label 

2. Notice that row 5 is blank and row 174 as well

This is a known issue after 2H 2022 release.

This issue is planned to be fixed in B2305 release.
