3279509 - Design Studio Fiori Apps not working Frontend Server 2021 update

When opening Design Studio applications after a Front-end Server or S/4HANA 2021 upgrade, the application fails to load.

Further details:

• Error shown to user:
  App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded.
  Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent *******-********
  (Where *******-******** is specific to the application)
• In the browser console log:
