3279519 - Reports never open when designed in Optimized Design Mode in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

If a story has been created using Optimized Design Mode (ODM), it will work for a short time but after a few days it will stop working.  When clicking on the story to load it, it will just sit and load forever.

If you clear the browser cache and cookies, the story will start working again for a few days at which point it will start failing to load again.

1. Design a story using ODM
2. Use normally for a few days
3. Story starts being non-responsive
4. Clear the browser cache and cookies - story starts working again
