3279522 - Export diagram from Signavio to Solution Manager fails with error CONTENT_OFF_ATTR_<NAME>_TO_LONG

• The connection to SAP Solution Manager has been established in SAP Singaivo Process Manager Tennant following the user guide.
• The connection between SAP Solution Manager and SAP Singaivo Process Manager has been established via the Business Process Model Connector (BPMC).
• When exporting diagrams from Signavio to Solution Manager, it failed as the following error message:
  Export failed (Solution Manager error code: SMUD_INTERFACE_GW/000 - xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx_CONTENT_OFF_ATTR_<NAME>_TO_LONG.)

Invalid attribute mappings in the Solution Manager Configuration.
SAP Signavio Process Manager is only able to act as connector to the SAP Solution Manager.
This connection is not able to verify the constraints of SAP Solution Manager attributes, for example a size limit.
When an attribute is mapped that contains a value that is longer than this size maximum, the export fails.

• The <NAME> displayed in the error message is the Technical Name of the attribute, which should be different one on the configuration page.
  To check the display name of the attribute, it is possible to find it in Solution Manager via T-cd /nSMUD_MODEL_WIZARD ->Advanced Model Settings -> Position -> Input the technical name -> the Label information is the display name of the attribute.
• For the legacy connector, please check and remove/adjust the attribute mappings via:
  Signavio Explorer -> Setup -> Manage SAP Solution Manager 7.2 -> Attribute Mappings tab -> find the attribute in the error message <NAME>, and adjust the settings.
  
  
• For BPMC Connector, please adjust the Mapping Attributes per the guide.
