3279548 - The parent FO can be imported for child FO even the effective date of parent is later than effective date of child.

There is a relationship between Department and Department in Manage Data > Company Structure Definition, relationship name is parentDepartment.

Then import new departments from Import and Export Data. There are two records in the file

1. 2022/1/1, ParentDEPT

2. 2021/12/1, SonDEPT, maintain the parentDepartment as ParentDEPT.

The file was imported successfully.

Then checking from Company Structure Overview, the parentDepartment of SonDEPT is ParentDEPT.

Then checking from Manage Data > Department > SonDEPT > parentDepartment, there is no value.
