SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
Customer found that some of the OCN items info gets deleted.
The only info remained is the Item ID.

Resolution
OCN courses are sent by the vendor via OCN API so this issue is not handled by SF LMS.
Please contact your OCN vendor and see if they deleted the items from their side.
