3279622 - How to leave past receipt elements in the past in app Manage Material Coverage

Symptom

In app Manage Material Coverage, if an element's (for example a purchase requisition) receipt date is in the past, the system will move it to today by default.
However, in app Monitor Stock / Requirements List, in the same situation, the past receipt date will be left in the past.
And you want the behavior of app Manage Material Coverage to be the same as app Monitor Stock / Requirements List.
