Symptom
- Export job is created to export date from SAC to a BW ADSO.
- The ODATA export job fails whenever a Time dimension is added in the ADSO and mapped with SAC planning model. Bellow error happens:
Couldn't refresh the data.
The job failed due to an unexpected internal server error. Please contact your system administrator. - The export job is successful when there is no Time dimension in the ADSO.
Environment
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) 2022.21.7
Cause
This has been identified as a product defect.
Resolution
This issue is still under investigation by the development team.
