3279753 - Planning Story filter with all versions selected does not automatically show new created versions

When having a story filer for the version dimension with all members selected, after creating a new version, tables in the story do not display data for the new created version.

The data is displayed properly when reselecting all version members in the designer panel.

Ticking the 'All' member creates a filter with all members that exist at the time of creating the filter. This does not take into account new members created later.

 The better way of selecting all members of a dimension that exist is setting no filter on this dimension.
