3279863 - Application error when trying to add LOA for an employee - Employee Central

When trying to request a leave request (LOA type) for an employee an application error occurs.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Time Off for Leave of Absence
• Position Management

Position have invalid job code due to invalid associations on effective of the leave and this is resulting system to not be able to save the position Right to Return update.

Please review if the criteria were changed or removed for Job Code field in some point of time and add it back to match to the Position data. A tip is to make sure that the job code in position for the employee is selectable in the effective date of the leave request.

SAE during RTR processing,  You cannot save your changes because follow-up processes for the position failed. Please contact your system administrator.
