SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the relevant project.
4. Select the Edit Project Scope button.
5. Go to the Questions step.
6. Expand Built-in Services and Support.
7. Expand Business Environment.
8. Select Addresses and Languages.
9. Checkmark the required language In Scope column.
10. Complete the scoping by selecting Confirm and Finish.

The languages you have scoped is not marked in the activity 'Additional Communication Languages'.

You have to mark the language in the activity  'Additional Communication Languages' before you scope them.

Please do the same by following the steps below

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Overview.
3. Search and open the Activity 'Additional Communication Languages'.
4. Check the language that you want to scope
