Symptom
- An application from an S/4HANA or SAP Business Suite On-Premise system is being accessed on Work Zone via Content Federation;
- Destination settings were maintained correctly;
- Remote Roles were assigned to the users, application, and to the site correctly.
- Content channel was created successfully;
- When accessing the affected app, a blank screen is displayed with the Not Found message;
- In Developer tools a 404 Not Found error is seen.
- Calls to an address that only exists on the s4 (backend) is being done directly to work zone and are resulting in 404 not found errors.
ex: "https://<subaccount_subdomain>.launchpad.cfapps.us10.hana.ondemand.com/gui/sap/its/webgui?...".
