3279879 - SAP Launchpad Services consuming an app from an S/4HANA or SAP Business Suite On-Prem system: 404 Not Found

Symptom

  • An application from an S/4HANA or SAP Business Suite On-Premise system is being accessed on Work Zone via Content Federation;
  • Destination settings were maintained correctly;
  • Remote Roles were assigned to the users, application, and to the site correctly. 
  • Content channel was created successfully;
  • When accessing the affected app, a blank screen is displayed with the Not Found message;
  • In Developer tools a 404 Not Found error is seen.
  • Calls to an address that only exists on the s4 (backend) is being done directly to work zone and are resulting in 404 not found errors.
        ex: "https://<subaccount_subdomain>.launchpad.cfapps.us10.hana.ondemand.com/gui/sap/its/webgui?...".
