3280002 - Loaded New Goal Plan With Same Goal ID as Previous Goal Plan *Product Support and Partners*

After loading a new Goal Plan XML with the same Goal Plan ID as a previous Goal Plan, performance forms no longer show goal data in the previous performance cycle.

1. Previous Goal Plan has a Goal Plan ID and employees already selected goals
2. Load new Goal Plan XML file with the same Goal Plan ID
3. Performance forms no longer show goal data for the previous performance cycle

Pull a previous version of the goal plan and reupload it. This will pull in the previous goal plan and all goals associated with it for the previous performance cycle.
