3280046 - Unable to create a new billing document type - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

After navigating to Define Billing Types the user tries to create a new entry however the new entry button is greyed out/unavailable.

• This is by design.
• Restrictions have been applied to the underlying customizing view to prevent a cloud customer to create new entries.

• New billing types can only be delivered by SAP as part of a new business process, which then includes all the necessary configuration.
• To propose that the current system design is amended please consider submitting this as a new feature request by following the steps outlined in the following KM document: 2963059 - How to Submit Feature Requests for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Product
