3280246 - 0HR_PA_1 selection on CALDAY is not working correctly

Symptom

When using CALDAY as selection to extract data from datasource 0HR_PA_1 unexpected value is returned.

For example CALDAY 20190101 is the selection but 31.12.2018 is also returned.
