3280451 - Work Package in Status "Scope Extension" Cannot be Set to "To Be Developed"

A Work Package was set to status "Scope Extension" and no new Work Items were created. It is now not possible to move to status "To Be Developed" because of the following error:

• Data in the "Scope" assignment block is incorrect or might be incomplete.

• Diagnosis
  The data in the Scope assignment block is incorrect or non-existent.

  System Response
  The status might be reset or a warning message is issued.

  Procedure
  Enter a valid transaction type title and define a configuration item for the specified change cycle assignment.

  In case a warning message is issued and the Scope assignment block should be vacant, you can ignore the warning.
