3280462 - Error "Account invalid based on Assignment Type" in Reassign Costs and Revenues app

Symptom

When trying to add accounts for allocation under Assignment Items tab in app 'Reassign Costs and Revenues', you receive the error message REASSG_COSTS_REVENUE001 "Account invalid based on Assignment Type".
