3280476 - Customer Hub Linked Documents

Symptom

In the Customer Hub, the "Linked Documents" feature is not available for e-mail interactions.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Initiate a Call to Customer
  2. Select Customer Hub
  3. Navigate to Interaction Timeline
  4. Select an e-mail Interaction

Note: there is no "Linked Document" listed for an e-mail that has a Ticket linked to it.

Resolution

This is the system expected behavior.
