Symptom
You are proxying to another user, opening Ask HR and the labels shown are not respecting the language configured in the proxied user.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
- Ask HR
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to SF with employee A, who has language configured as English
- Proxy to employee B, who has language configured as Arabic
- Open Ask HR
- Labels are shown in English instead of Arabic
Resolution
This is Ask HR standard behavior, it will consider the language of the initial user, not the proxied user.
