3280505 - File upload to SAP from OneDrive not working when the file is open

Symptom

While using the method open_file_dialog, when trying to upload a file that is stored in Microsoft OneDrive and also opened in Office (word, excel or powerpoint),
following error is displayed: "This file is in use. Enter a new name or close the file that's open in another program"
