3280588 - Opening more than one Microsoft Office documents at once with the same format type (*.docx or *.xlsx) in CV03N or CV04N transactions is not possible

• When trying to open more than one Microsoft Office documents with the same format type  (*.docx or *.xlsx) through CV03N/CV04N transactions, the documents are correctly displayed outplace (directly through Microsoft applications), but when one is closed the other one is suddenly closed too;
• After both documents have been closed, the MS Word keeps opened with an uneditable shadow/gray Microsoft Office window;
• Both documents are stored in the same directory.
