3280717 - Which OS user should be used when starting AMC as Windows Service - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • AMC is installed. Executed %SYBASE%\AMC\install.bat to add AMC as Windows Service.
  • Can see service 'SAP_ASE_AMC' is created for AMC, but when trying to start, it always fails.
  • %SYBASE%\AMC\scripts\start_AMC.bat can start AMC with no error.
  • Below error may print in AMC.log

org.h2.message.DbException: General error: "org.h2.mvstore.MVStoreException: Store header is corrupt: xxx/amc.mv.db [2.1.210/6]" [50000-210]
