3280903 - EWM relevant delivery is distributed with 0 quantity and cannot be completed/deleted in S/4HANA Cloud

It is not possible to complete or delete the delivery created on the ERP side with quantity 0PC. In the EWM system, the status of goods movements for items with 0 quantity is marked as "Not Relevant".  Additionally, it's not possible to delete it with following error message:

"Inbound delivery of stock transport order process. Deletion not allowed." /SCWM/DELIVERY/489  or  "Delivery cannot be deleted as it only has items with 0 quantity"

The root cause is a known bug with deliveries that are EWM relevant, and it's distributed to EWM with 0 quantity. The status such as goods receipt, goods issue, picking… become "Not relevant" on the EWM side, instead of "Completed". As a result, it ends up not being possible to process the delivery.  Additionally , the delivery cannot be deleted with error message.

The root cause of this error message is known by SAP, if delivery is distributed with 0 quantity and cannot be completed/deleted because the status of the good movement appears as "Not relevant", please raise a ticket to SAP for the component SCM-EWM-DLP-2CL.

In case similar issue occurs further, go to customizing "Define Delivery Item Categories" and set the flag "Quantity 0" as "B" to prevent delivery creation and modification with 0 quantity.
