3280989 - Some widget will not finish loading intermittently in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Digital Boardroom

• Some widget will stay blank intermittently in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Digital Boardroom based on BW Live Data Connection.

The following errors can be seen in HAR file / Console log:

• "https://datacollection-sac-saceu10.cfapps.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/api/v1/application/data
  Request Method:
  Status Code:404"
• "Failed to execute firefly query: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getAccountEntityId') - TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getAccountEntityId')"

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2022.21.11

1. Open the Digital Boardroom.
2. Navigate to the affected page.
3. Observe that all widgets are loaded and data is shown.
4. Use Input Controls to change the filter values see that some widgets will not finish loading and won't display any data.
5. Switching to a different page containing similar content will also display the same issue.
6. Changing the Input Control filter again won't help to load data.
