3281077 - Message Your Feed is Empty in the Home View.

You notice that you have created/updated an object in the system, but the home Feed keep showing the message Your Feed is Empty.

SAP Cloud for Customer.

1. Update or Create an object which you follow in the C4C System e.g. Opportunity, Account, Task...
2. Go to the Home Page View.
3. Check the Feed card.
4. You can see just the message "Your Feed is Empty", and the object created/updated is not visible.

The autorefresh on the homepage is not enabled. So that performance errors can be avoided depending on how many Cards and information are kept on the home screen.

Whenever we do any change in any work center and if the details have to be reflected on the homepage, then user has to come to homepage and trigger a refresh manually.

Note that:

1. The time held for activities in the initial display is for the same as that the activity was created.
2. The total of activities to be displayed is 5 (five).
3. The user must follow the object to be displayed, according to the settings maintained.
4. The feed will be available on homepage feed tile up to 11:59:59 PM of the same day, doesn’t matter what time it was created.
