3281321 - Duplicated process tasks for the candidate - Onboarding

Is expected that after the candidate decline the Onboarding task, the previous tasks will be duplicated?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. In Manage Data select Process in the first dropdown and insert Onboarding Process ID at the second dropdown (How to Check Process ID of the Candidate);
2. In Process Tasks there will be duplicate tasks such as Review new hire data, Personal data collection, Additional collection and so on;
3. Clicking on details can be checked that one of the tasks have the Declined status.

Currently, as per the product design, this is an expected behavior.

When the User declines a task, all previous tasks will be prompted in order to be completed all once again. It's not possible to decline a task and not start all tasks again.
