3281336 - Notification of expiring certificate, but no action possible.

Symptom

You receive a notification similar to the following one:

Expiring API certificate

You are receiving this e-mail because your e-mail address is configured in Identity Authentication service tenant <tenant>.
One of your service provider API certificates is expiring in 3 days on <date>. Please contact an administrator of https://<tenant>.accounts.ondemand.com tenant or open the administration console by clicking the link below and renew the certificate.

You can see the same notifications in the admin console for the affected app. Once you open the link in the notification, this points to the trust page, but the application API section is disabled, so you cannot renew the certificate.
