3281439 - Error "The password of user ECATT_ET_USR that is stored in the secure store is invalid"

Password for ECATT_ET_USR is changed and when we want to launch Tricentis Tosca from Solution Manager --> Tosca is not launched and the following message in SAP GUI appears:
"The password of user ECATT_ET_USR that is stored in the secure store is invalid"
