3281446 - Comp Info to create pay component recurring record via rule does not update existing pay components- CS2H2022

Symptom

  • When a Pay Component Recurring already exists in a previous timeslice and we try to create it again via a rule (with MSS UI), then the value of this Pay Component Recurring is not updated in the new timeslice.
  • When inserting a new compensation information record using the "Take Action" menu with Centralized services enabled, a business rule does not update the existing pay component as expected.
