When legal consolidation is executed via data package or consolidation monitor,  the following error occurs:
'VALUE XX in some formulas of elimination YY is not a base level member'. 
RUN_LOGIC:Value ‘XXXXX’ in field XXXXX does not exist in property ID,DIMLIST,TYPELIM of dimension XXXX
