3281581 - The story can not be saved with the optimized view mode with message "Model with Multiple Account hierarchies" in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The following message occurs when you try to convert a story into the Optimized View Mode in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2022

Unfortunately you are hitting an unsupported scenario: multiple account hierarchy models cannot be converted into single account models.

For a model to be recognized as a single account hierarchy model, the only account hierarchy must follow a precise naming (parentId). When switching to multiple account hierarchies, other names are used and removing some account hierarchies does not necessarily bring you back to the single account hierarchy naming, so the model remains a multiple account hierarchy model.

1. Go to the model page.
2. Rename the one remaining account hierarchy to parentId.
3. Save the model.
4. This should make your mode back to a single hierarchy and resolve the issue.
