3281643 - CPI CF HTTP Adapter On-Premise via Cloud Connector

Is it possible that CPI on cloud foundry got a bug when using on premise within HTTP adapter?
You receive "statusCode: 407" error.
This happens only in the HTTP adapter, while SOAP, XI, IDOC works fine.
Error message
- org.apache.camel.component.ahc.AhcOperationFailedException: HTTP operation failed invoking http://abc.example.com:443/webservices/v2/PT/export/products? catalog=sacProductCatalogSpageSize=100&version=Online&fields=XXX&currentPage=0&timestamp=2022-12-12T13:00:00Z with statusCode: 407
