3281682 - Unable to publish query to a role in BEx Query Designer, BW Modeling Tools Query Designer and Analysis for Office.

• While trying to publish a query in a role in Query Designer, the following error occurs: "Cannot Add Object to Folder, RSOBJS 160 No authorization to create role entry".
• Publishing a role and saving it does not make any impact in BW Modeling Tools Query designer. In certain cases the following error occurs: "Query could not be published...Role doesn't exist in the system".
• Clicking 'Save' after publishing a role in BW MT Query designer closes the window. No warnings or errors appear when closing the window.
• Unable to publish query to a role in Analysis for office.
