3281988 - Performance and Potential field not appearing in Talent Search even though RBP access is there

Symptom

When trying to access talent search settings sysoverallperformance and sysoverallpotential not showing.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management
SAP SuccessFactors Talent Search

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Admin Center > Talent Search Settings

2. Default Search Fields > Ratings

3. Performance and Potential not showing

Cause

sysOverallPerformance and sysoverallPotential are set as sensitive fields.

Resolution

Change the read access log for both the sysoverallperformance and sysoverallpotential.

To do this Go to Manage Business Configuration > Employee Profile > Background Elements > Sysoverallperformance > Take Action Make Correction > Rating > Details > LogRead Access > Set it to False > Done > Save.
