Symptom
Deployment Monitoring as a managed service is not a part of the Commerce Support offering. Deployment and Monitoring are available as self-service features. SAP Commerce Cloud provides tools for you to be able to monitor your deployments. You should only create a ticket once you have determined there is a problem with a deployment which needs SAP Supports' involvement to fix.
